What happens during the first visit for braces?

First and foremost, you’ll have a no-obligation consultation where we’ll provide you with all the essential information. We’ll take a 3D scan of your teeth, create a before-and-after visualization of your condition, and recommend the most suitable treatment plan to meet both your health and aesthetic goals. If you decide to proceed with treatment, you’ll undergo an X-ray and an initial examination. Then our 3D technicians will begin working on a treatment plan, and the aligners will go into production. This entire process usually takes three months. Everything must be planned and manufactured with great care, taking into account the client’s individual needs and preferences. What happens next?

Let's attach the attachments

Once the treatment plan is ready and the aligners are made, we’ll invite you to the clinic. The aligners stay in place thanks to “attachments”—small, tooth-colored protrusions that we’ll bond to your tooth enamel at the clinic and cure under an ultraviolet light. These attachments make treatment effective and fast. Once treatment is complete, we’ll grind them off, and there won’t be a trace left!

While you're in the chair, the nurse will show you what to do and give you tips on how to make life with braces easier. You'll discuss, for example:

2. How to clean invisible braces

3. What to do if your braces don't fit

4. How to make sure your braces interfere with your life as little as possible

Or at least for the most part. We’ll provide you with the necessary sets of aligners, and that’s where your journey with braces begins. Every 7–10 days, you’ll swap out your clear aligners for new ones, moving step by step toward a perfect smile. We’ll stay in touch with you through Virtual Care, where you’ll send photos of your smile. This way, we’ll see your progress and catch any potential issues early on.
