Your first visit will be in the form of an obligation-free consultation where we’ll do a quick scan of your teeth. This will give us a 3D visualisation of your teeth, which will show what your smile could look like once your teeth are straightened. We’ll also introduce you to a number of treatment options, different types of braces, and their costs.
The next step to finding your perfect smile is an initial examination. This involves x-rays and photographing of the face and teeth.
We’ll have you try on the braces of your choice and explain how to wear them properly and comfortably – i.e., how to brush your teeth, what to eat, and what to look out for. You’ll come to us for regular check-ups over the course of the orthodontic treatment. We're excited for your journey to a new and beautiful smile.

Pro nejúčinnější a nejrychlejší léčbu je doporučeno nosit rovnátka 22 hodin denně. Samozřejmě je můžete sundat kdykoliv bude třeba, ale je užitečné si vytvořit návyk.
Cena se odvíjí zejména od počtu sad, které budete potřebovat. Jejich množství zase reaguje na to, jaké ortodontické vady chcete řešit. Nejnižší cenu mají balíčky, kterými budeme řešit třeba jen postavení předních zubů, viditelných při úsměvu, menší zásahy do chrupu horní i dolní čelisti se pak pohybují od 60 000 Kč, nejnáročnější léčba může stát i 100 000 Kč.

Záleží na věku pacienta, Vaší pojišťovně i závažnosti ortodontické vady. Obecně platí, že pojišťovny přispívají na práci a materiál rovnátek jen u těžkých vývojových vad, jako je rozštěp patra. Některé pojišťovny pak přispívají mladistvým, a to primárně na zdravotnické úkony potřebné k léčbě rovnátky, nikoli rovnátka samotná – vždy je ale nejlepší kouknout na aktuální podmínky, jaké nabízejí. Bohužel pojišťovny stále pokládají rovnátka hlavně za estetický zákrok.
Ne, rovnátka je nutné si na jídlo vždy vyndat – jen v určitých fázích může ortodontista jedení s rovnátky doporučit. Žvýkání žvýkačky při nošení rovnátek nedoporučujeme, protože by se mohla k rovnátkům přilepit. A není to ani pohodlné.
Je možné, že v prvních dnech pocítíte problémy s výslovností. Většinou si ale na rovnátka velmi rychle zvyknete a nebudete o nich vědět vy, ani vaše okolí.
