Pravidla marketingové akce „Rodinná akce, sleva 20 000 Kč“

I. Introductory provisions

1. Pořadatelem marketingové akce s názvem „Rodinná akce, sleva 20 000 Kč“ (dále jen „Akce“) je obchodní společnost Svět rovnátek s.r.o., se sídlem Nad Vršovskou horou 1423/10, Michle, 101 00 Praha 10, IČO: 186 27 218, zapsaná v obchodním rejstříku vedeném Městským soudem v Praze, oddíl C, vložka 1857 (dále jen „Pořadatel“).

1. The Promoter issues these Rules of the Promotion which govern the terms and conditions of the Promotion (the "Rules"). By participating in the Promotion, the Participant agrees to these Rules and undertakes to comply with them.

II. Duration of the Promotion

Akce probíhá v době od 25. 8. 2025 do 7. 9. 2025 (dále jen "Doba trvání Akce“).

III. Conditions for inclusion in the Action

1. Do Akce budou zařazeni všechny fyzické osoby mající adresu doručování v České republice, které v Době trvání Akce s Pořadatelem uzavřou sami nebo prostřednictvím svého zákonného zástupce (v př. osob nezletilých) Smlouvu o péči o zdraví, jejímž předmětem je léčba neviditelnými rovnátky a léčbu v Době trvání Akce rovněž zahájí, tj. splní podmínky uzavřené smlouvy (dále jen „Účastník“). Do Akce budou zařazeni klienti, kteří v Době trvání nastoupí do léčby v kombinaci rodič a dítě, nebo dítě a dítě.
2. Each Participant may participate only once.

IV. Prizes and determination of winners

1. Sleva platí pro všechny klienty, kteří v Době trvání nastoupí do léčby v kombinaci rodič a dítě, nebo dítě a dítě. Tito klienti získají slevu 20 000 Kč na ortodontickou léčbu poskytovanou Pořadatelem, sleva platí na celkovou cenu za obě léčby (dále jen „Výhra“).

1. Sleva platí pro Účastníky, kteří podepíšou Smlouvu o péči a zdraví a nastoupí do léčby v Době trvání akce, tedy od 25. 8. 2025 do 7. 9. 2025.

V. Notification of Winning and Delivery of Winnings

1. Sleva bude automaticky odečtena z celkové částky za léčby.

VI. Notification of the processing of personal data

1. Pořadatel je správcem osobních údajů Účastníků Akce. Osobní údaje Účastníků Akce budou zpracovávány v souladu s nařízením Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2016/679 z 27.04.2016, Obecné nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů (dále jen „GDPR“) a zákonem č. 110/2019 Sb., o zpracování osobních údajů, v platném znění.

1. The Organiser will process the personal data of the Participants for the following purposes:

• for the purposes of the Promotion, for the purpose of evaluating the Promotion, informing the Promotion Participant of the award and delivery of the Prize;
• the provision of health services (orthodontic treatment) on the basis of the Health Care Contract;

1. The Organiser will process the Participant's personal data in the following scope:

• first name + surname, birth number + date of birth;
• contact details (address, email + phone number);
• the insurance company with which the Participant has his/her health insurance;
• an anamnestic questionnaire (includes information on any chronic or infectious diseases, bad habits, type of toothbrush used, etc.);
• medical records from the Participant's visits to the Organiser (photo documentation and X-rays, digital scans of teeth).

1. The recipients of the Participant's personal data will be authorized employees of the Organizer as well as Align Technology Inc., 2820 Orchard, Parkway San Jose, California 95134, phone 408-407-1000, manufacturer of invisible braces.

1. The Participant's personal data will be processed for the period of time stipulated by the relevant legal regulations.

1. Each Participant has the right to access his/her personal data and to correct, delete, restrict their processing, the right to their portability, the right to object to their processing, as well as the right to withdraw consent to their processing at any time. The participant has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data violates the provisions of generally binding legal regulations.

1. The Entrant's personal data will be processed in accordance with the Organiser's Personal Data Processing Rules. These rules are published at www.svetrovnatek.cz

VII. Final Provisions

1. Excluded from the Event are the Organiser's employees or persons in other similar relationship to the Organiser and persons close to such persons within the meaning of Section 22 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended.

1. The Participant is not legally entitled to the Prize by participating in the Promotion. The Prize cannot be claimed in court.

1. The prize cannot be paid in cash or exchanged for any other monetary or non-monetary consideration.

1. The Winner is fully responsible for meeting any tax obligations arising from the tax regulations of the Czech Republic that may be associated with the acceptance of the Prize.

1. The Promoter shall not be liable for any defects or damages arising in connection with the implementation and use of the Prize.

1. The Promoter has the right to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion at any time, including during the course of the Promotion, to change the duration of the Promotion, i.e. in particular to extend, interrupt or terminate the Promotion early. Any claims or objections shall be finally decided by the Promoter.

1. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude from the Event, without further delay, Participants who are found or reasonably suspected of violating these Rules or failing to comply with the conditions for participation in the Event or who share vulgar, offensive, racist or otherwise inappropriate statements or posts that are contrary to good manners or damage the reputation of the Promoter, without any compensation.

1. The Promoter reserves the right to change the Prize if it is unable to deliver the original Prize to the Winners for reasons beyond its control.

1. The Promoter reserves the right to change these Rules. Any change to the Rules will be announced by the Promoter in the same manner as the Promotion was announced and will be effective from the time of publication.
