1. The organizer of the marketing campaign titled “Free Teeth Whitening with Braces” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is the company Svět rovnátek .r.o., with its registered office at Nad Vršovskou horou 1423/10, Michle, 101 00 Prague 10, Company ID No.: 186 27 218, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File No. 1857 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

2. The Organizer issues these Campaign Rules, which govern the terms and conditions of the Campaign (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”). By participating in the Event, the participant agrees to these Rules and undertakes to comply with them.

The promotion runs from May 25, 2026, through June 12, 2026, inclusive (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).

The promotion runs from May 25, 2026, to June 12, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”) at the Organizer’s clinics in Prague (Nad Vršovskou horou 1423/10, 101 00, Prague, tel.: 228 886 561) and Brno (Heršpická 788/9, 639 00, Brno, tel.: 228 886 561) (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Venue”). During the Event Period, the Event Participant must attend a free consultation at the Event Venue for the purpose of arranging treatment with invisible braces. Event Participants must enter into a Healthcare Agreement with the Organizer by June 31, 2025, the subject of which is orthodontic treatment with invisible braces (hereinafter referred to as the “Registration Period”).


2. Each Participant may participate only once.

3. The Participant will receive free teeth whitening for themselves or a loved one valued at 9,000 CZK.

1. The Organizer is the controller of the personal data of the Contest Participants. The personal data of the Contest Participants will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”), and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data, as amended.

2. The Organizer will process the personal data of Event Participants for the following purposes:
- for the purposes of the Event, in order to evaluate the Event;
- to provide healthcare services (orthodontic treatment) under the Agreement and teeth whitening;

3. The Organizer will process the personal data of Event Participants to the following extent:
- first name + last name, birth number + date of birth;
- contact information (address, email + phone number);
- the insurance company with which the Participant has health insurance;
- medical history questionnaire (contains information about any chronic or infectious diseases, bad habits, type of toothbrush used, etc.);
- medical records from the Participant’s visits to the Organizer (photographic documentation and X-rays, digital scans of teeth).

4. The recipients of the Event Participant’s personal data will be authorized employees of the Organizer, as well as Align Technology Inc., 2820 Orchard Parkway, San Jose, California 95134, tel. 408-407-1000, a manufacturer of clear aligners.

5. The Participant’s personal data will be processed for the period specified by applicable laws.

6. Each Participant has the right to access their personal data and to have it corrected, erased, or its processing restricted; the right to data portability; the right to object to its processing; and the right to withdraw consent to its processing at any time. The Participant has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates the provisions of generally applicable laws.

7. The Participant’s personal data will be processed in accordance with the Organizer’s Rules for the Processing of Personal Data. These rules are published at www.svetrovnatek.cz

1. Employees of the Organizer, persons in any other similar relationship with the Organizer, and persons closely related to such individuals, as defined in Section 22 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, are excluded from participating in the Promotion.

2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion at any time, including during its course, and to change the duration of the Promotion—specifically, to extend, suspend, or prematurely terminate the Promotion while it is in progress. The Organizer shall have the final say on any complaints or objections.

3. The Organizer reserves the right, without further notice, to exclude from the Event any Participants whom it has determined or has reasonable grounds to suspect are violating these Rules, do not meet the conditions for participation in the Event, or share vulgar, offensive, racist, or otherwise inappropriate statements or posts that are contrary to public decency or damage the Organizer’s reputation, without any compensation.

4. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Rules. The Organizer will announce any changes to the Rules in the same manner as the Campaign was announced, and such changes will take effect upon publication.

5. The Rules are available at www.svetrovnatek.cz/akce-beleni-zubu-2026, and by participating in the Campaign, each Participant expresses their unconditional agreement to them.
